A growing privately owned main contractor is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their expanding team.
The company has more than doubled its turnover year on year for the past three years, delivering prime residential refurbishments and new builds across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park and other prestigious areas of London. Their projects typically range from £1k to £4m.
Led by a personable and highly experienced director, the business has built a strong reputation and a loyal, motivated workforce.
Please note: A background in high‑spec residential refurbishment is essential.
The Role
This is a varied, client‑facing role where you’ll play an integral part in project delivery:
- Overseeing 2–3 live projects from preconstruction through to completion.
- Preparing and managing programmes, with support from contracts managers.
- Leading and supporting Site Managers across multiple schemes.
- Attending meetings with HNW private clients, architects, and consultants.
- Balancing time between sites, the office, and some home working.
About You
- A background in high‑spec residential refurbishment (essential).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong technical building knowledge and the ability to inspire confidence in clients.
- Strong interpersonal and client‑facing skills.
