To form an integral part of the Estates Team, providing an outstanding student experience through working with colleagues to demonstrate measures and improvements of a safe, warm and dry home for our customers and great place to work for our employees.

To oversee and improve the governance of the Estates compliance processes and ensure that Unite Student’s approach to managing our properties is in line with the requirements of the building safety act, advising where change is required.

Support the PQSM in delivering a balanced scorecard for the Estates team performance. Manage the Estates team’s group hub page and monthly communications.

Responsible for the mobilisation process for new 3 rd party suppliers, supporting their successful engagement with the regional estate teams, in particular the Estates Performance Managers.

Support process consistency between the regional estates teams, in order for them to deliver one approved, prioritised and integrated plan, that will improve operational efficiency.
