Project Manager – Birmingham

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers and keep projects moving—coordinating with teams, supporting progress reporting, and staying close to the details that keep everything on track.
• Be involved in live projects from day one, helping ensure we meet time, cost and quality goals.
• Help solve project challenges, balancing client and company priorities, and become a trusted part of a collaborative team.
• Bridge the gap between technical design and real‑world delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements while maintaining standards.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, architecture, project management or related discipline.
• Student or Associate membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) or a similar recognised body.
• Exposure to NEC3 or NEC4 contracts is a strong advantage.
• Early career project management experience, ideally within build or design‑and‑build or construction delivery environment.
