What you’ll be doing
Providing high‑level administrative assistance, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics
Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating and prioritising multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Providing language translation and interpretation services between English, Japanese and Chinese as needed
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment
Fluency in Japanese and Chinese, in addition to proficiency in English
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

- Working hour from 9am to 6pm
- 5 days week
