Role Overview

The Base Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, organisation and standards of Gemini House. This is a hands‑on role with accountability for ensuring equipment preparation, warehouse discipline and asset control are delivered accurately on time and to the highest professional standards.

The role will establish and implement the processes, structure and operational discipline required to support a high‑performance broadcast operation. This includes defining how equipment is received, prepared, tracked, stored, deployed and returned, ensuring full visibility and control of assets at all times.

Working closely across Logistics, Engineering and Commercial pillars, the Base Operations Manager ensures the right equipment is prepared correctly, staged efficiently and ready for deployment without last minute correction or rework.

This role requires visible leadership on the floor, leading the team through example, mentoring and clear operational direction. The position is accountable for creating a structured, efficient and forward‑looking base operation, owning the standards, organisation and readiness of Gemini House.

Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (some flexibility will be required)
