Responsibilities include preparing standard letters, completing statutory checklists, monitoring the claims inbox, and responding to creditor queries by phone, post, and email while answering calls in a professional manner. The role also involves preparing tax and VAT returns, payment requests, and sections of progress reports, as well as supporting investigations, managing company records, conducting online searches, and ensuring timely document filing and storage. Additional ad‑hoc administrative tasks will also be required.
