Quality Control / Lead Operative
Do you have experience working within a Manufacturing environment with Quality Control experience? My client is looking to recruit a Lead Operative whose focus will be on Quality and checking the finished products prior to being dispatched. Prior QC knowledge and background from any environment will be considered.
Permanent Contract
3 shift pattern rotates weekly, Monday to Friday. No Weekends.
Enhanced benefits package – 31 days annual leave increasing in length of service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and lead the packing operation.
- Carry out quality checks – Record and Report with documentation.
- Raise a Non-conformance report on any products that don’t meet the standard.
- Communicate with the Shift Manager to decide on relevant course of action.
- Check all product packing specifications are being met.
- Ensure all packaging requirements are available for your own shift and planned for the next.
