Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking organisation looking to recruit a Procurement & Fleet Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with procurement experience and strong IT skills who is keen to play a key role in improving systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing procurement activities, including sourcing and supplier coordination
• Supporting fleet operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows
• Driving automation initiatives (e.g., reducing manual tasks through system solutions)
• Working with tools such as Continuum, Light, and Excel to manage data and reporting
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and fleet functions

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a procurement or purchasing role
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and systems usage
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and efficiency
• Experience identifying and implementing automation or system improvements
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A willingness to learn and develop within fleet management
