What you’ll be doing…
The effective management of the Reception services. Providing support and guidance in the efficient and professional provision of reception, switchboard, helpdesk, administration and security services.
- Lead by example to provide a customer-focused reception service through the reception and security teams.
- Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policy.
- Organise schedules to ensure sufficient coverage, particularly during peak periods, and monitor the performance and appearance of all reception staff.
- Ensure all reception staff are dressed in the correct uniform and that their appearance enhances the business image.
- Foster cooperation and helpfulness with all other departments.
- Enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Working Pattern: Saturday & Sunday working 6:00am – 2:30pm.
