Job Description:

We are supporting a global, growing retail organisation with a 12-month FTC Payroll Administrator role. This role has a strong focus on delivering accurate, compliant payroll across multiple regions. The business offers a collaborative environment where payroll is central to employee experience and operational success.

In this role, you’ll manage multi-country payrolls across Europe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You’ll work closely with external payroll providers and internal HR/Finance teams, handle payroll queries, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.

You will need relevant payroll experience within a retail environment, including UK & Ireland payroll plus at least one other country (ideally European such as France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or the Netherlands). Strong Excel skills, HRIS experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
