The Company

A fast-growing organisation operating in the live entertainment and ticketing space, working with a wide portfolio of venues and events across the UK. Their focus is on building a leading consumer ticketing platform, supported by strong digital, marketing, and data capabilities!

The Role

As the Commercial Analyst, you will sit at the centre of commercial decision-making, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across marketing and growth. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who enjoys owning problems end-to-end and translating data into action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to inform commercial and marketing strategy.
  • Working across multiple data sources and platforms to build a holistic view of performance.
  • Collaborating with engineers and BI teams to influence dashboards, reporting, and a more self-serve analytics environment.
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve how data is used across the business.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong customer-centric analytics experience, with a clear focus on commercial insight rather than pure reporting.
  • Confident using SQL to explore and interrogate data.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools to support insight delivery.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and attribution, including online and offline channels.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role.

What They Offer

  • Salary of £85,000
  • 5% bonus
  • Private healthcare
  • Hybrid working with two days a week in a central London office.
  • High exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape a function from day one.
  • A role with real commercial impact and long-term progression potential.
