Job Description:
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience advising on complex, high-value transactions within a supportive and dynamic environment.
The Role
You will work closely with partners and associates on a broad range of real estate finance matters, supporting on:
- Large-scale property finance and refinancing transactions
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g. loan agreements, security documents)
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating closings
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and external counsel
- Supporting transactions from inception through to completion

Candidate Profile
