- Regional Facilities Manager – London and South England
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Main Duties
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 stores based in London and South England.
- Primary point of contact for escalations from the client’s representative in the assigned region.
- Duties include managing reactive repairs to completion within assigned SLA’s, ensuring WIP is within targets.
- Ensuring the that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule.
- Undertaking store condition surveys, identifying areas for remedial works, and auditing completed works.
- Managing capital projects up to £50k in value
- Undertaking performance reviews of contractors assigned to the account.
What we are looking for
- An experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in retail or catering environments.
- Must be willing to travel across a large geographical region.
- Self reliant and motivated to succeed, with minimal supervision.
- Technically competent to manage work on catering equipment, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric
- CAFM experience – the ability to download and analyse data
- Member of IWFM or equivalent experience
- 5 years experience in a similar role
