The Role:

We are seeking to build a talent pool for our Technical Services Engineer role. As a TSE, you will:

  • Support customer delivery across key portfolios in Europe.
  • Utilize the epx EDGE platform to analyze data and produce reports on energy and water performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer engineering, asset management, and sustainability teams.
  • Identify and communicate energy and water saving opportunities and equipment faults.
  • Conduct monthly teleconferences and at a minimum, annual site visits to drive action and client engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the EDGE software.
  • Produce quarterly global reports on energy and contract performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in HVAC systems, BEMS, or Energy Management.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
