About you: Proven supervisory experience within cleaning or facilities management Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards Customer service focused with excellent communication skills Clean driving licence Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent What you’ll do: Manage day-to-day operations of the cleaning unit, ensuring high standards of cleanliness Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals Develop staff schedules and manage staff holidays efficiently Conduct on-site quality audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle client communications and resolve any complaints professionally Monitor supplies, equipment, PPE, and stock levels to ensure smooth operations For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
