Disaronno International UK Ltd is the premium spirits business behind iconic brands including Disaronno and Tia Maria, and part of the global ILLVA Saronno Group. Since launching in 2021, the UK business has expanded rapidly across the on-trade, building a diverse portfolio spanning Italian gin, Irish and American whiskey, and English whisky.

Brands include: Disaronno; Tia Maria, Isolabella Limoncello; Cotwolds Distillery; Engine Gin; Busker Whisky Sagamore Rye

They are currently in an exciting phase of growth, with a clear focus on expanding distribution, strengthening customer partnerships, and accelerating performance across the on trade.

The Role:

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to develop and manage relationships within East (Inc South East) London.

This newly created role will focus on managing and developing key partnerships across prestige venues, halo single sites, and multiple group operators. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving distribution, visibility, and advocacy for our brands, while bringing NPD to life through exceptional activation and commercial execution.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (typically 2–25 venues) building strong, multi-level relationships with both independent operators and small groups.
  • Deliver volume, value, and distribution growth through joint business plans and best-in-class execution.
  • Lead new product introductions and secure standout visibility in account.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding our reach across the on-trade.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to deliver results.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record in the London on-trade, with a passion for quality
  • Beers, wine, spirits or soft drinks experience
  • Experience managing key accounts or small groups in East / South East London
  • You must thrive off winning new business as well as nurturing and developing existing accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a creative approach to activation.
  • A self-starter with energy, curiosity, and genuine passion for great brands.
