Overview

We are seeking multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a growing commercial team delivering complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects within a highly regulated environment. This is a long-term opportunity offering exposure to secure, high-value programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and cost control across projects
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations
• Monitor project performance, risks, and financial reporting
• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Proven experience in infrastructure or major project environments
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
