The Company:
A well established textiles company are looking to recruit a Business Support Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to business teams. This role focuses processes, supporting decision-making through data analysis, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments, participate with sales team. The role will be multi discipline including customer services function – supporting national and international contacts, involvement in commercial audits such as ISOs, preparation of material for tenders.
The Role:
- Provide administrative and operational support to business units and stakeholders
- Analyse business data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Assist in project coordination, including tracking timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases
- Act as a point of contact for internal queries and support requests
- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, IT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting software
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in a business support, analyst, or operations role
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business systems
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau or CRM systems (SalesForce preferred)
