Communications Manager

Are you a strategic, hands‑on communications professional who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and shaping messages that land with impact across a global workforce?

We’re hiring a Communications Manager 12 month contractor basis to support high‑profile internal and external communications for senior executives within a global agrichemical organisation. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, HR and Corporate Communications, with real influence during a period of transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting executive positioning for global leaders through town halls, social content, presentations and thought leadership
• Leading communications and change support for HR and Finance transformation initiatives
• Turning complex business and scientific topics into clear, engaging stories
• Creating high‑quality content: exec presentations, videos, posts, briefings and employee messages
• Collaborating across regions and functions to deliver joined‑up communications and engagement activity
• Supporting global virtual events and employee engagement programmes

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in communications, public affairs or agency roles
• Strong executive‑level writing and storytelling skills
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent judgement and discretion
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global and matrixed environment
• Experience in regulated, scientific or technical industries is a plus (not essential)
