Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Venue Manager to lead a flagship site in Preston for Admiral Slots, the UK’s market-leading adult gaming operator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile venue, leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial performance.

• An experienced people manager with strong interpersonal skills
• Commercially minded with a track record of delivering results
• Background in leisure, gaming, retail or hospitality is highly desirable
• Passionate about customer experience and team development
