We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Romford-based law firm, who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional seeking a supportive environment, quality work, and long-term stability within a friendly and collaborative firm.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high standard of service to clients from instruction through to completion. Typical duties will include:

  • Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managing lease extensions
  • Overseeing re-mortgage matters
  • Dealing with new build, shared ownership and Help to Buy cases
  • Managing transfers of equity
  • Supporting and contributing to business development activities

Candidate Specification

  • Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales
  • Proven experience working within residential conveyancing
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding client experience
  • Ideally experienced in supervising or supporting junior team members
