We are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Romford-based law firm, who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high standard of service to clients from instruction through to completion. Typical duties will include:
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Managing lease extensions
- Overseeing re-mortgage matters
- Dealing with new build, shared ownership and Help to Buy cases
- Managing transfers of equity
- Supporting and contributing to business development activities
Candidate Specification
- Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales
- Proven experience working within residential conveyancing
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Strong team player with excellent communication and client-care skills
- Committed to delivering an outstanding client experience
- Ideally experienced in supervising or supporting junior team members
