- Thursday: Full day
- Friday: Full day
Elevation Recruitment are working with a fantastic business to support them with a temporary requirement for a PA/Secretary on a part time basis. They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide administrative support across the business, including direct support to Directors.
This is a part‑time temporary position ideal for someone who is proactive, efficient, and confident in managing varied administrative responsibilities.
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the business by delivering a reliable, confidential, and professional administrative service.
Main Duties:
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to Directors and the wider business
- Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
- Organise travel, meetings, and related arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain accurate filing and administrative systems
- Manage incoming communications and respond appropriately
- Provide Reception cover when required
- Support general office coordination and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a secretary or personal assistant role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A professional and confident communication style
- The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- A discreet and confidential approach to sensitive information
