Due to recent growth, we have flexible bank shifts available – perfect for fitting work around your lifestyle.

You’ll be working across a variety of care homes we support, with a range of roles available including day shifts, night shifts, kitchen, care and domestic roles.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Support residents in care homes
• Assist with personal care, meals & daily routines
• Promote independence and provide companionship
• Follow care plans and complete care records
• Work as part of the care home team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Kind, caring and reliable
• Driver or access to transport (to travel to shifts)
• DBS on the Update Service (preferred, not essential)
• If you do not have a DBS on the update system an enhanced check is required.
