We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a dynamic in-house legal team within the life sciences sector on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension).

This role will focus on providing commercial and IP legal support, working closely with internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within the life sciences sector
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property matters
• Prior in-house or sector-specific experience within life sciences
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Candidates must be available to start in May to be considered
