We are working with a well established Central London Property Company, to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Manager on a 12 month FTC. You will join a well-established team, managing a high-quality mixed-use portfolio across office, retail and F&B assets.
The role
You’ll take ownership of a defined portfolio, leading on all aspects of property management, including:
Day-to-day tenant and lease management across a diverse commercial portfolio
Handling licences to assign, sublet and alter, working closely with legal teams
Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and variance reporting
Managing arrears, credit control and tenant relationships
Coordinating maintenance, inspections and planned works with FM and project teams
Supporting asset management initiatives and wider portfolio strategy
About you
Ideally MRICS qualified with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience
Strong background in commercial property / portfolio management
Solid understanding of service charge
Confident handling tenant negotiations and legal processes
Commercial mindset with the ability to manage a complex, mixed-use portfolio
