Content Manager-Professional Services

Reporting to: Group Head of Marketing

Our client a global professional services / consultancy group with a portfolio of specialist brands is looking for an experienced Content Manager with a strong background in B2B content marketing (preferably with experience in professional services or financial services), ideally someone who has worked across multiple brands or business lines and understands how to balance consistency with distinct positioning.

Sitting within a small, ambitious marketing team, this role owns content strategy and execution across the group. You’ll shape how the business shows up in the market — as expert‑led, commercially intelligent specialists — and ensure content drives reputation, engagement and business development impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own and deliver a high‑quality, multi‑brand content programme that increases output, reach and results
  • Develop consultants into visible, trusted thought leaders through compelling content and clear plans
  • Create original, high‑impact content across written, visual and multi‑format channels
  • Introduce and scale new formats, particularly video
  • Own social channels across all brands, ensuring a premium tone of voice and strong go‑to‑market execution
  • Align content to commercial objectives, tracking performance and ROI
  • Work autonomously while partnering closely with the Group Head of Marketing

What you’ll bring

  • Strong B2B content experience (ideally in professional services or financial services), ideally in a multi‑brand or multi‑service environment
  • Exposure to tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, short‑form video tools and AI content tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent writing and editorial instincts with a confident, polished tone
  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into compelling content that drives engagement
  • Experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns without sacrificing quality or consistency
  • Curiosity, pace and a strong flow of ideas
