We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Data Insight Officer (Housing) to join our Impact, Performance and Strategic Change team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving the quality of tenant data across our Housing services. High-quality data is essential to meeting the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards, as well as helping us better understand and support our residents—particularly those with vulnerabilities or protected characteristics.
You will lead on the delivery of our tenant census and data improvement activity, working collaboratively across teams and directly with tenants to ensure our data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

We are looking for someone who:
Experience of working in housing, local government, or a data-focused role would be beneficial, but not essential.
A Basic Disclosure is required for this post.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.
Working Pattern: 37 hrs, to be worked between Mon – Fri, covering the core hours of the service.
Contract: 1-year fixed term
Salary: £32,597- £36,363 Pay band 4, per annum, pro rata for part time hours.
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
