IP Litigation Solicitor
Location: London
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We are working with a leading specialist IP law firm who are looking to add a Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to their contentious intellectual property litigation team. This is a full-time permanent position based in London with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working on a broad range of contentious intellectual property disputes
- Preparing key legal documents
- Supporting matters through all stages of the litigation process
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Contributing to business development activity
The successful candidate will have:
- 1–3 years’ PQE with prior experience in litigation (intellectual property experience highly desirable)
- Exposure to High Court litigation or complex commercial disputes
- Drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
- Interest in contentious intellectual property work
