Groundworks Foreman

The CSR Group has an upcoming opportunity for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to work on a 80 unit new build housing project in Eglinton. The Contractor requires the Foreman to have extensive experience in groundowrks and enabling works.

Applicants must have a proven track record working on projects valued £1M+.

Criteria

• Detailed project list of contracts £1M+


• Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process


• Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures


• Excellent communication skills at all levels


• Computer literate

Duties

• Working Closely with the Contracts Manager and Site Manager


• Management of Sub - Contractors and Direct Staff


• Key role in supervision of all groundworks


• Carryout H&S checks


• Deliver progress reports
