About the Job

Reporting to the Managing Director the Bookkeeper will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties...

• Maintained and managed purchase and sales ledgers
• Processed and verified purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct coding
• Managed supplier payments and reconciled supplier/creditor accounts
• Maintained customer accounts, issued statements, and resolved queries
• Performed daily cash/till and monthly bank reconciliations
• Completed monthly wage and creditor reconciliations
• Maintained price files and supported general office duties

Previous experience

• Previous experience working in a busy office environment
• Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification (Desirable)
