About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable officer / Accounts Administrator to join the busy and expanding finance team.
This role would suit a motivated individual with a positive, can do attitude, strong attention to detail and a commercial approach to their work. The successful candidate will report directly to Senior Management and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Managing supplier accounts, including processing purchase invoices, arranging supplier payments, reconciling accounts and responding to supplier queries
Processing sales invoices
Providing administrative support to operational staff and management
Answering telephone calls within the finance office
Undertaking general finance office duties as required
Your skills & experience
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Previous experience in Purchase Ledger invoicing
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrated initiative, energy and a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
