In this dynamic role you will drive the brand strategy across all elements of the business, setting Hotel du Vin apart from the competition as a preferred employer and a destination to stay, eat and drink.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the hotel, including 40 bedrooms, a 53‑seater Bistro & Bar, and four private event spaces.
- Maximise revenue by analysing market trends, managing detail through department managers, and leading by example.
- Ensure a high standard of service, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive brand strategy and positioning, positioning Hotel du Vin as a top choice for guests and regional partners.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a hotel of similar size with a strong focus on food & beverage.
- Background in motivating teams within a hospitality business that experiences busy seasonal peaks.
- Sound knowledge of food and drink operations in a comparable sized property.
- Deep understanding of the local market and proven ability to maximise revenue.
