What You’ll Take On

This isn’t a traditional pricing role. It’s an opportunity to shape how emerging risks are understood, priced, and brought to market. As Head of Pricing, you’ll sit where actuarial science, underwriting judgement, data science and innovation collide. This role exists because the risks we’re writing about future mobility, autonomous systems and digital platforms don’t come with neat datasets or settled loss curves. Instead, they demand judgment, creativity and the confidence to price forward when experience is still forming. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with underwriters, building pricing frameworks that evolve as insight emerges, using proxy data, alternative signals and real‑time claims feedback where credibility is still developing. You’ll be embedded, influential, and commercial, with the backing of a strong actuarial peer group and the freedom to build something genuinely modern.
