- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations
- Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations
- Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements
- Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives
- Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE
- Experienced or interested in commercial property and asset management work
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively
- A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Keen to develop within a managed legal services environment
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £56,000 to £64,000 per annum.
