Candidate Requirements

• NQ–3 years’ PQE Solicitor with relevant or transferable experience
• Strong drafting and analytical ability
• Commercially focused with a practical mindset
• Confident communicator with good client skills
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
