About the Role

Senior BIM Manager – Fixed Term Contract (12 months). The role is region‑wide, supporting best‑practice digital project delivery before and during construction across the country. The position requires a strong understanding of BIM principles and the ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM activities across multiple project sites.
• Ensure alignment with the Department for Education 2021 framework and other regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and raise the bar for project delivery quality.
• Collaborate with contractors, designers and stakeholders to promote BIM excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing BIM in large construction projects.
• Experience working on the Department for Education 2021 framework essential.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Salary & Benefits

c. £75,000 per annum (fixed term contract).

Locations & Working Mode

Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester – hybrid/remote working arrangements available.
