Branch Manager (m/f/x)

At TIP, you’ll take full ownership of branch performance – leading people, driving FleetCare growth, and maximising productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full branch performance, including P&L, productivity, and revenue growth across FleetCare and PAYGO
• Lead, coach, and develop Workshop Foreman and teams to drive efficiency, quality, and output
• Maximise workshop and MSU productivity through strong operational control and planning
• Drive customer satisfaction and commercial performance, supporting sales and key account growth
• Manage vendor performance, costs, and recharge activity to protect and improve profitability
• Ensure full compliance with EHS, servicing standards, and operational procedures across the branch
• Analyse branch performance data (costs, utilisation, customer activity) to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement
• Lead on compliance, audits, and issue resolution, ensuring all inspections, defects, and actions are closed efficiently and on time

What You’ll Bring

• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience managing P&L, costs, and driving profitability
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance
• Operational expertise in workshop, fleet, or service environments with a focus on productivity and efficiency
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and customer management skills
• Analytical thinker who can use data to make decisions, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement
