Overview

My client is recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor at Partner level to join their law firm on a fully remote basis as a Consultant.

This opportunity should appeal to a successful partner with in-depth experience in Corporate law, who has the entrepreneurial flair to grow their own practice on their own terms.

Organisation

They are a virtual law firm whose lawyers operate on an entirely remote basis and are made up of a team of over 40 people based across the UK. Their practice provides City of London levels of service to a diverse array of large and small clients located nationally and internationally.

The role

You will work alongside other Partners and Consultants in the Corporate practice, whilst also developing your own practice.

You will:

  • Have the ability and experience in managing complex cases.
  • Have a strong grounding in all aspects of Corporate law with relevant experience and a track record of successfully handling files at a senior level.
  • Collaborate well with your peers on internal referrals.
  • Be adept at undertaking the general responsibilities of partnership.

Key skills

  • Be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.
  • Have at least 10 years+ PQE.
  • Be a top-quality solicitor with a track record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to foster strong relationships through oral and written communication.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Excellent judgement.
  • Ability to think strategically for the long term.
  • A clear and logical approach.
