An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and highly regarded legal team in Maidstone. This position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑value transactions, supporting experienced fee earners within a busy and growing department.

• Work within a well‑established commercial property team
• Support on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
• Exposure to development sites, industrial units and retail premises
• Assist with leases, renewals, licensing, sub‑letting and assignments
• Be part of a team preparing for significant new acquisitions

What we are looking for

The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will be driven, collaborative and eager to develop within a supportive environment.

• Minimum 3 years’ commercial property experience (5 years ideal)
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive and positive approach to workload
