We have a fantastic opportunity for a Land Consultant to join our growing Land & New Homes Team. This role plays a pivotal role within the team and reports directly to the Land Director.

Duties (including but not limited to)

  • Undertake land reviews to identify suitable opportunities; carry out research on identified target locations, including demographics and infrastructure; keep the database up to date with potential sites of interest.
  • Review planning register via LandInsight software.
  • Use mapping tools to identify potential new sites.
  • Arrange and attend viewings with prospective purchasers, inspect sites, and take photographs.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with landowners along with the Land Director.
  • Attend networking events with developers and develop rapport with prospective clients as part of the wider team.

Requirements

Essential:
  • Understanding of the property market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Organizational and time‑keeping skills.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive.
  • Driving licence.
Desirable:
  • Relevant experience in a previous role within land would be advantageous but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary of £30,000pa. OTE (depending on experience) between £37,000pa to £40,000pa, plus car, pension contribution and end‑of‑year profit share.

Hours
