Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive required for a global manufacturer of flow control solutions.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and developing current and dormant accounts in the South East of England, including Cornwall, Devon, the West Country, and South Wales.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive willideallybe based in the South East of England, including Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cardiff, or South Wales, and have a background selling valves or similar products.
Package
- £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience
- Company car
- 15% on target bonus
Role
- Sourcing new business opportunities and developing current and dormant accounts in the South East of England, covering Cornwall, Devon, the West Country, and South Wales.
- Promote and sell a range of valves, actuators, and flow control products.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods.
- Work closely with various engineering departments.
- Work remotely / field-based covering the South East of England, including Cornwall, Devon, the West Country, and South Wales.
Requirements
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Executive, or similar sales role.
- Proven external sales experience and familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Experience selling valves, actuators, or other fluid control equipment.
- Knowledge of the water industry would be beneficial.
- Full UK driving license.
- Working remotely, willing to cover the South East of England, including Cornwall, Devon, the West Country, and South Wales.
