Our client a premium bedding and textiles brand based in Manchester are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager with a strong background in Textiles and Bedding/ soft homeware products who have supplied to the multiple high street retailers and independents such as John Lewis, Marks & Spencers, Dunelm, TK Maxx and many more.
To build a relevant, growing and profitable home textile business by extending the brands portfolio into all targeted trade channels, in existing & new categories/geographies. To manage existing accounts such as John Lewis for the brand across various regions within the UK and continuously bringing in new account opportunities in national and independent retailers
With 5- 10 years’ experience in sales account and business development for a bedding textiles company . You should be able to think strategically and be able to perform detailed planning to achieve the business objectives.
A proven history in business development and account management in the market working with national retailers such as John Lewis, Marks and Spencer's, Next, TK MAXX etc
Demonstrate track record of delivering sales and profitable growth.
Commercial sales experience within the home textiles
You should be able to think strategically and be able to perform detailed planning to achieve the business objectives.

Demonstrate track record of delivering sales and profitable growth.
Commercial sales experience within the housewares/homewares industry in desirable.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets over 2million (individual achievement)
Experience in home textiles (Bed and Bath) and working with retailers such as Marks and Spencers, John Lewis etc,
Product & market knowledge
Experience working with high street retailers in homeware/textiles/bedding products
Bedding /textiles product knowledge and import supply chain industry experience
Customer focused with strong account management skills.
Planning and organising.
Negotiating and meeting customer requirements.
Business Development Skills
Produce and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
Able to travel as needed within UK and to trade shows overseas
