Account Director (Fixed-Term Contract Starting Oct 2026)

Role

Reporting to a Client Director, this role focuses on leading multi‑talented teams to deliver brilliant work and experiences for large and mid‑sized clients with diverse needs, building strong client relationships, identifying and converting new opportunities, and jointly developing and delivering strategic client development plans.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT STARTING IN OCTOBER 2026 THROUGH TO MARCH 2027

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire your team to deliver great work for clients.
• Use your understanding of clients’ key business and communication challenges to develop an annual client development plan with senior support.
• Become a valued go‑to partner to your clients by providing ongoing guidance and identifying when to bring in specialist experts for specific insights.
• Proactively network within client organisations to identify opportunities to extend our relationship.
• Manage the team to deliver work profitably.
• Regularly report on client performance and progress against targets.
