Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a growing construction business where you can genuinely make an impact?

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support the business, oversee multiple projects, and help drive the next stage of expansion. The Role
You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with directors, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Monitoring programme, quality, and budgets
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Client liaison and maintaining strong relationships
- Problem solving and driving projects forward
- Supporting the business with continued growth plans
About You
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Background within residential and/or commercial construction
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
