Role Summary

Office-based B2B sales role with a strong technical element and clear earning potential.

£28,000 – £32,000 base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+).

You are commercially driven and back yourself to succeed.

You take ownership, build momentum, and go after results. You enjoy the challenge of sales, the reward of commission, and the satisfaction of winning business.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries and turn them into opportunities

Understand customer requirements and produce accurate, competitive quotations

Manage your pipeline and convert quotes into orders

Proactively develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Clearly communicate GA Valves’ value and expertise

Keep CRM and sales activity organised and up to date

Work closely with internal teams to deliver on commitments

Handle customer conversations with confidence, urgency, and professionalism

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commercial mindset with a drive to win business

Self‑motivated and proactive approach

Ability to manage your own pipeline and work towards targets

Confidence speaking with B2B customers

Interest in technical products or engineering

Good organisation and attention to detail

Positive attitude and resilience under pressure

Experience in B2B sales or a technical environment is beneficial, but attitude, drive, and willingness to learn are more important.
