Team & Impact
Support the head of strategy & transformation with effective executive decision-making through high-quality business insights, planning enablement, and leadership forum support. The role focuses on monitoring business performance, aligning planning outputs, and facilitating business processes across Europe.
Responsible for managing select strategy projects supporting key efficiency, standardization or value creation plays across EU markets.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Support the European operating rhythm by translating commercial and financial performance into clear, executive-ready perspectives.
- Enable European planning and review cycles through coordinating inputs, ensuring alignment and supporting consolidation of materials.
- Consolidate cluster and business inputs into coherent European presentations, highlighting trends, risks, and implications for strategic discussions and business reviews.
- Support preparation and follow-up of European Commercial Leadership Team (EULT/ECT) meetings and strategic workshops.
- Support identification, prioritization, scope detailing and execution of key above-market projects.
- Ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery across the EU region.
- Coordinate briefs, requirements gathering & structuring, project governance, delivery with local commercial teams.
- Drive delivery of key modernization initiatives including cost-saving initiatives, tech-landscape simplifications/pruning and investment monitoring.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in strategy & consulting and/or large scale complex project management with tech & business transformation.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear executive messages.
- Experience working with senior leadership in a matrix environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and storytelling skills.
