We are working with a well-established client specialising in modern precision engineering for over 50 years. They serve the motorsport, aerospace, and medical precision engineering sectors. This forward‑thinking modern organisation is recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller 3‑4 Axis to join their business in Dunstable.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller 3‑4 Axis
• Hands‑on experience setting and operating CNC machines
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Ability to program or edit programs online
• Ability to take a model and create offline programs
• Ability to read technical drawings (essential)
• Proficiency in programming, setting and running CNC machinery (Awareness that client uses Haas machines with OneCNC)
• Ensuring consistent quality
• Extensive experience in turning (essential)
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills – forward‑thinking approach
