We are looking for a Software Developer to compliment our internal team of developers. This role will support the current team working on new developments and enhancements to existing software. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to produce world class solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team of developers.
  • Help specify, develop & test new programs.
  • Maintain and improve existing programs.
  • Communicate with end users (stores, factories & Head Office) to ensure requirements are met.
  • Produce user and technical documentation.
  • Adhere to coding standards.
  • Provide input into application improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience of design and programming on a variety of platforms and environments including AIX and Windows based operating systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Persuasive skills and ability to challenge.
  • Experience of React, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, IIS, Microsoft Visual Basic / .NET desirable.
