Financial Controller

We’re partnering with a high-growth, international services and technology business to hire a Financial Controller, supporting a key regional entity within a wider global group.
The business operates at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and mission-critical services, delivering integrated solutions that support large enterprises, public sector organisations, and complex operational environments. The Role
This is a broad Financial Controller position with ownership of financial reporting, controls, and team leadership, alongside meaningful exposure to commercial decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Leading and developing a small finance team
- Driving improvements in processes, controls, and systems
- Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Managing audit and compliance requirements
The Candidate
We’re looking for a hands‑on, commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
You will likely have:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
- Experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
- Background in a multi-entity, services-led, or project-based environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
