Overview

We are seeking to enhance our York and Scarborough digital team in order to effectively support the implementation of our patient‑centred clinical strategy. An excellent opportunity is available for an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme Support Officer (PSO) to become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering this programme across the Trust.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage aspects of the programme and assist with tasks to achieve strategic objectives. They will plan, support, facilitate, and monitor project components or work streams during the programme lifecycle, utilising established project management methodologies to ensure delivery of benefits.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent professional experience, advanced IT proficiency at the ECDL standard, and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Up‑to‑date understanding of local strategies and evidence of ongoing professional development. Ability to work independently, manage and prioritise tasks for themselves and the team, present analysed information clearly, and communicate verbally and in writing persuasively.
